We'll start each month with a video Masterclass deep diving into the month's embodiment theme. You'll learn about the mind, body and energetic aspects of the theme and how it relates to your life. It was 18 years ago that I consciously began the journey toward reclaiming my own wholeness. It started with a lot of tears at around the age of 19. I was so lost, had a ton of trauma from the past to deal with, and I felt like lasting happiness was possible for everyone else, but ME.

The following several years consisted of me searching for the light at the end of my perpetual dark night of the soul.

Looking back, the turmoil was a blessing. It lit a fire under me to discover my sacred power. I deep dived into meditation, yoga, reiki, energy work, ancient mysteries, got trained as a Coach and learned neuro-linguistic programming, hypnosis, time line therapy, new decision therapy, brainspotting, went to school for Psychotherapy, and so much more.

I was frantically searching for myself and “my power.” Isn’t that what I was supposed to want to get back? My power?

In the search for “my power,” I felt more at the mercy of my life than ever. It all came to a crumbling halt when I was diagnosed with an auto-immune condition that affected my vaginal skin. It was scary and LITERALLY shut down my pleasure centre.

That’s when I really began to integrate all the many years of learnings at an EVEN deeper level than ever before.

Amazing things happened:

• I physically healed my disease.

• I earned more money than ever with way less effort.

• My relationship with my husband began to thrive more deeply.
